GOD'S PRECIOUS PEACE

As days grow into years
We look back on our mistakes
and our eyes fill with tears.

How often we wish only
for a new beginning.
A chance to blot out our mistakes
and turn failures into winnings.

The cares of the world
Makes for a heavy heart
Healing starts with the desire
for a fresh new start.

Our souls must be
Always ready to forgive
for this is the way our Lord
Has taught us to live.

With each forgiveness
comes God's precious peace.
His undying Love
Will never cease.

With each new tomorrow
Comes a chance to start anew.
In God's glorious plan
Our days measure only a very few.

The Blessings of our Savior
Is ours as we await
His rich rewards are ours for being filled
With forgiveness and faith.
