The
Fingerprint of God As the rains
come and
make everything new again.
A reminder that Jesus died
just to cover every sin.
Eye has
not seen nor ear heard
the beauty God has prepared.
The glory in this life and that
promised shows he has always cared.
Holy
Spirit, the very breath of Jesus,
left to us to comfort and guide.
A very special friend who leads
and to whom we can confide.
The times
that you begin to doubt
and wonder "why?"
Just look around you and see
his fingerprints written in the sky.

CHAMBERS
BROKEN
Everyone has a heart
that
Needs someone to care.
All the good times and bad times we need to share.
When God creates us, our
hearts and souls are so pure,
Through the trials and strife,
The heart begins to look like war.
We build chambers in our
hearts
With levels of hurt.
This hurt is little, it goes up high;
This hurt is greater, we'll bury it deeper,
Organizing our turf.
Soon the chambers become
tighter.
We squeeze to make room for another hit.
Not realizing we should take these hurts to our heavenly
father,
These hurts in our hearts we allow to just sit.
Soon we turn our
thoughts within,
Think thoughts of defeat without a chance to win.
Without unloading these hits we take every day,
The enemy soon pounds into our heads - there is just no
way.
We turn to whatever it
is that consoles us,
Food, drugs, alcohol, anything - just don't make a fuss.
Back ourselves in a corner, disappear from view,
Make our own private hell and just let things stew.
The enemy has you
convincened you're not important enough to care.
You just wander around consumed with the obessions - just
let
people stare.
Then you pick up
"the Word"
And realize that someone has always been there.
He died on a cross so that your life He might spare.
A love like this you cannot even take in,
Never realizing the power to win has always been within.
He says His yoke is
light,
We are to give Him every burden to carry,
Not understanding this,
Our heart full of chambers will just terry.
But if we just realize
All we have to do is ask Jesus into our heart,
The Holy Spirit will work His way into every chamber,
Show us the way to get a new start.
Look in the mirror,
Maybe you don't like what you see,
But look deeper within the heart and know
'God really does love me.'
With this knowledge that
God will never leave you,
Let him destroy all those chambers
And let Jesus show you all that he can do.

SHAME, SHAME - THE BLAME GAME
Sometimes
those around you who love you more
Will fall into the trap of the Blame Game,
And without knowing - the enemy has won a score.
Facing
insecurities of their own
They are the ones who cast the first stone.
Things
aren't going just their way
They throw the ball in your court,
Find something on you and 'OH BOY' - it's not your day.
It's easier
to make excuses and play the Blame Game,
than to look in the mirror and see who should really get
the fame.
They tuck
their tails and run and hide,
not realizing the enemy has opened the gate very wide.
As long as
the enemy can make you say "Shame - Shame."
You will never get ahead of the game.
But when
God's love touches you
and makes you turn within and look,
You will not like what you see and quickly turn for
guidance to 'THE BOOK.'
That loved
one that always pointed at you with the blame
will soon realize that they have caused you to doubt and
hang your head in shame.
Because you
have accepted this offense
you're now confused and understanding is very dense.
But wait!!
The enemy has not won yet.
the precious Savior calls 'under my wings you can sit.'
Sweet Jesus
is there with such a loving touch.
He can love you, teach you, guide you and show you how to
forgive much.
That loved
one is not all bad.
he just listened to the enemy and this is so very sad.
Confront
that loved one - using God's love as a guide.
show him that Jesus is the answer and all his needs he
will provide.
Teach them
the feeling that God's truth will set them free.
As the bondage lifts and God's love flows,
OH how wonderfully they now see.
Don't take
that offense when it is hurled at you.
Remember the only one you have to please, has His hand on
you.
And will gently guide you through.
