The key word, "Tales"
tells it all.
My wife also had lots and lots
of heart burn and our four babies also had lots and lots of hair. This
proves out not to be a tale at all, but a truth and has been established
as truth with mothers who have excessive heart burn. Read any midwife
journal!
Now, the belief if you randomly pick
up a rock for every wart you have on your body and throw them over your
sholder as you walk down your drive way, that every wart will suddenly
disapear is an old wives' tale, that depend on some stupid formula than
on the healing power of God.
Will this old
wives' tale work? I would rather not find out! Experiencing healing by
God's delivering power, is my cup of tea. Having some wierd pagan spirit
enter my body and doing things only God has the right to do, isn't
something I am to excited about.
